This also means that you have to choose your friends wisely because it might even determine your future and how you will live, including how you might live. This quote also encourages you to look at who are your friends carefully because they might drag you into bad things if they themselves are bad. For example Some people may think they have the best friends ever, but in reality that person is bad and love to do bad with those so called "friends". But if you have "wise" friends they can lead you into various experiences where you and your friends are all gonna feel good.
